Since 2011, Luke and Stephen have grown The Vivid Group global. With expertise in niche industries such as Healthcare, Technology and Optical, the group continues to grow under their tutelage.

A natural born talker with quick wit, Danny is a real one of a kind. He works tirelessly on his candidates behalf and will ensure that they get the very best situation possible. A vital part of Vivid Optical.

Joining Vivid Optical in January 2019, Joe didn’t know what to expect! Joe has excelled in his role, becoming a key figure within the company. Through hard work and dedication, Joe has successfully built and now leads a team of five, contributing significantly to Vivid Optical's success. His leadership skills, commitment to delivering outstanding results, and ability to nurture talent make him a valued asset to the team. Joe is highly proactive and goes above and beyond to ensure everyone is satisfied with the results of his work.

Owen joined Vivid Optical in 2019 and since then has progressed to a Team Leader! Owen goes above and beyond to provide the best services to both our candidates and clients to help find the best situation for both parties!
